About the role#

The Global Families Group Summer Analyst program is a nine-week opportunity within the Asset & Wealth Management division. The Global Families Group serves international individuals and families with complex cross-border business interests, investments, and family circumstances. Analysts will work alongside bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to provide services including multi-asset class investing, customized lending, fiduciary services, and philanthropic advisory. The program includes an initial week of training followed by hands-on experience, with the potential for top performers to receive a full-time offer.

What you'll do#

• Analyze market activities and client needs to develop strategies that support financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as market strategy, equity, and alternative investment groups, to conduct research and develop products as part of a Solutions Team.
• Work directly with bankers and wealth advisors to support the delivery of banking, credit, and estate planning services.
• Participate in one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and networking events to build professional expertise.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Non-MBA) with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to multitask.
• A genuine interest in financial markets, macro-level economic trends, and a desire to work in a client-facing relationship and sales capacity.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining discretion with confidential information.
