About the role#
The Global Private Bank Advisor Program is a nine-week summer internship within the Global Families Group. This team serves international individuals and families with complex cross-border financial needs, including multi-asset class investing, lending, fiduciary services, and wealth planning. Participants receive an initial week of training and orientation, followed by the opportunity to contribute to team projects and client solutions. Top performers may be considered for a full-time offer at the conclusion of the program.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to understand client needs and market activities.
- Develop and execute financial strategies to help clients reach their goals.
- Collaborate with internal groups, such as market strategy and alternative investment teams, to conduct research, analyze data, and develop products.
- Participate in one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and networking events to build professional expertise.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Non-MBA) with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Ability to work effectively in teams to develop complex solutions.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive, inquisitive mindset and a desire to work in a client-facing, relationship-building capacity.
