About the role#
The Global Families Group works with international individuals and families who have business interests and investments across the United States and globally. This nine-week summer program provides training and orientation to help you contribute to our teams. You will gain technical knowledge while working alongside bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists. Top performers may receive a full-time offer at the end of the summer.
What you'll do#
- Work with our teams to understand client needs and examine market activities to develop and execute financial strategies.
- Collaborate with teams such as market strategy, equity, and alternative investments to conduct research and develop products.
- Participate in one-on-one mentorship, learning sessions, and events to grow your professional network.
- Learn about our business and client base while building your own expertise.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Non-MBA) with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- A genuine interest in financial markets and macro-level economic trends.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
- A drive to work in teams to develop complex solutions and a desire to work with external clients.
