About the role#
This summer program offers an introduction to portfolio management and investment strategies. You will start in New York to gain insights into business strategies before joining an investment products team. You will collaborate with client portfolio managers, traders, research analysts, marketers, and client advisors to analyze and execute investment strategies across asset classes like equities, fixed income, real assets, hedge funds, and private equity.

What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (No MBA).
- Attending a college or university in the U.S.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 - June 2028.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing.
- Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Strong initiative, energy, and confidence.
- Good judgment and discretion with confidential information.
- Background in financial accounting, financial analysis, or mathematics is a plus.
- Genuine interest in financial markets, investing, and macro-level economics.
