About the role#
This Co-Op role supports the US Surgery business within the MedTech sector. You will work alongside experienced professionals in Planning, contributing to data analysis, forecasting, and process improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, paid position based in Raritan, New Jersey, for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Collect, analyze, consolidate, and report planning data accurately and on time.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal partners.
- Develop tools and systems to enhance planning efficiency.
- Document processes to support training and knowledge transfer.
- Engage daily with internal and external teams.
- Support demand planning segments by collaborating with Marketing and Finance.
- Analyze forecast errors and recommend corrective actions.
- Research methods to improve statistical forecasting performance.
- Use SAP to identify and resolve issues with customer orders.
- Allocate inventory to critical orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Complete required training and promote a safe, inclusive work environment.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Engineering.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take direction, set priorities, and achieve results.
- Validated ability to learn and apply complex applications quickly.
- Good written and oral communication skills, including strong interpersonal skills.
- Business maturity and the ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Customer-focused judgment and initiative.
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ability to apply project and personal leadership to achieve goals.
- Ability to share knowledge and build strong reciprocal relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database tools.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for future sponsorship.
