About the role#
The TDS Proteins Development Drug Product Development and Delivery organization is looking for a co-op student to support pre-clinical drug product capabilities. You will work on laboratory experimentation, process development, automation, and digital innovation projects to help advance our research goals.
What you'll do#
- Design and integrate Process Analytical Technology tools to characterize lead stability and toxicology batches.
- Support digital simulation, modeling, primary container or device initiatives, and formulation development.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data using statistical methods.
- Contribute to innovation projects involving robotics, automation, and advanced manufacturing.
- Participate in technical discussions and project meetings with internal and external partners.
- Maintain laboratory notebooks and technical documentation.
- Provide general project and laboratory support.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's program for Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
- Ability to commit to the full program dates without conflicting employment.
Location & details#
- Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania.
- Modality: Fully on-site.
- Term: Winter 2027 (typically January to June).
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Paid position.
