About the role#
The Clinical Supply Chain (CSC) organization supports the global supply of materials across Research & Development and Global Medical Affairs. This Co-Op position in Malvern, Pennsylvania, focuses on planning operations, improving data accuracy, and establishing sustainable validation practices within SAP. You will gain hands-on experience in supply chain planning within the drug development lifecycle while developing analytical and project management skills.
What you'll do#
- Support Clinical Supply Chain Planning activities and gain exposure to R&D drug development processes.
- Lead data clean-up initiatives and assess current SAP planning data to identify quality improvements.
- Develop and implement routine SAP data validation processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to solve supply chain challenges.
- Apply analytical and creative problem-solving to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Manage assigned project activities and communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver a final presentation on project outcomes.
- Provide additional planning support as required.
What you'll need#
- Completion of at least your freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Chemical, Biological, or Biomedical), Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related business or scientific discipline.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter while collaborating within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and project activities.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
- No conflicting internship or employment commitments.
- Preferred: Familiarity with supply chain planning, SAP or other ERP systems, and experience with data validation or process improvement.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic projects, student organizations, or community involvement.

- Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania.
- Term: Winter 2027 (typically January to June).
- Modality: Full-time, 40 hours per week, fully on-site.
