About the role#
This internship and co-op program offers professional experience within the enterprise-wide supply chain networks at Johnson & Johnson. You will work on projects across Innovative Medicine and MedTech sectors. This role is designed to build foundational industry skills, enhance project management capabilities, and provide opportunities to network with professionals in the field.
What you'll do#
- Participate in supply chain network experiences across the organization.
- Balance multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Execute results independently with minimal direction.
- Contribute to areas such as site quality, procurement, project engineering, and global technical operations.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
- Current enrollment in a degree program in Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Google software.
- Ability to work full time, which is 40 hours per week.
- Ability to work on-site if the position requires it.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Demonstrated leadership skills are preferred.

- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
