About the role#
As an Operations Intern at AmerisourceBergen, you will gain experience across different business areas and functions within our production center. This is a full-time, paid internship during the Summer 2027 term. You will work closely with a mentor throughout the 10-week program to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world environment.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside a mentor to learn various business functions.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining accountability for your work.
- Present your key accomplishments and learnings to the Leadership Team at the end of the summer.
What you'll need#
- You must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.
- Proven leadership experience in projects or people management during your academic career.
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment and make quick tradeoff decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective communication skills for both oral and written tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Skills in coaching, facilitation, and team building.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Flexibility for relocation, which may support future advancement opportunities.
