About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience within the supply chain operations of Johnson & Johnson. You will work with teams focused on quality, new product introduction, lifecycle management, operations, or planning. The program runs during the summer of 2027 and offers the chance to contribute to key business practices and professional development.
What you'll do#
- Support supply chain optimization for new and existing products.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to identify root causes and develop mitigations for supply chain issues.
- Evaluate products and processes to find opportunities for cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement.
- Assist in cross-functional team meetings and generate meeting minutes.
- Support project management tasks, including data collection, analysis, and progress tracking.
- Help develop and update supply chain documentation.
- Ensure project deliverables meet all applicable regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Participate in Johnson & Johnson Credo activities.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or Engineering (Computer, Electrical, or Mechanical).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Permanent authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for future sponsorship.
