About the role#
This Co-Op program offers students the chance to apply academic knowledge in a professional setting. You will work alongside experienced staff to support business operations in Finance, Strategic Global Sourcing, U.S. Supply Chain, or Data and Analytics. The role focuses on gaining hands-on experience through projects that contribute to our business goals.
What you'll do#
- Support projects and initiatives within your assigned functional area.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Create and update standard operating procedures, reports, and business documentation.
- Analyze data to support business decisions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to meet departmental priorities.
- Present project outcomes and key learnings at the end of the internship.
- Comply with company policies and safety regulations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Data Science.
- Preference for rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrated leadership through academic, extracurricular, or work experiences.
- Must not require sponsorship for employment in the United States.
- Previous internship experience is preferred.
