About the role#
This Regulatory Affairs internship at Johnson & Johnson offers a hands-on experience in the medical technology sector. You will contribute to the lifecycle of healthcare products by supporting regulatory submissions and learning the processes that ensure product safety and compliance. This is a full-time, paid summer position for 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist in compiling requirements for global regulatory submissions.
- Manage and acquire files to meet regulatory standards.
- Attend project team meetings to support strategic discussions and team collaboration.
- Learn regulatory affairs competencies to maintain compliance throughout the product registration lifecycle.
- Evaluate current processes and suggest improvements or efficiencies.
- Perform data analytics using regulatory information management systems.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Support activities related to understanding and shaping US and global regulatory policies.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program (having completed at least 2 years) or a graduate program.
- Pursuing a degree in a scientific, technology, engineering, business, or law-related field, such as Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Public Health.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including pivot tables and graphs).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A flexible, curious mindset with a willingness to suggest new ideas.
- Technical familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, and other IT systems is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
