About the role#
This External Planning Co-Op position supports planning activities for Large Molecule brands and sites within the External Manufacturing network. You will contribute to the delivery of key performance indicators and assist the team with data and issue management. This role offers the opportunity to scope and lead a project from initial planning through to final implementation.
What you'll do#
- Manage end-to-end order processes including purchase orders, adjustments, consumption, receipts, and inventory depletion.
- Build knowledge in ERP systems such as SAP and OMP.
- Use Excel and ERP tools to run and analyze reports for supply chain teams.
- Design and implement process improvements for the planning team and broader organization.
- Support ad hoc requests related to data and issue management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program.
- Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Reliable transportation for travel to the Titusville, NJ office.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for company sponsorship.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid position.
- Work is on-site in Titusville, NJ, or Raritan, NJ.
- The role follows a rolling term structure.
