About the role#
Johnson & Johnson is hiring R&D Design and Development Co-ops for the Summer 2027 term. This program is based in Cincinnati, Ohio, and focuses on supporting our MedTech sector. You will work on-site, contributing to the development of surgical technologies while receiving mentorship from experienced engineers.
What you'll do#
- Perform testing, experimentation, and validation to support product design.
- Contribute to design solutions using CAD and simulation tools.
- Assist in developing laboratory testing and interpreting data results.
- Develop kinematics models and perform stack-up analysis.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Completion of at least two semesters of school prior to the start date.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
