About the role#
The Work Study Student position offers part-time employment for currently enrolled university students. This role supports departmental operations and helps students develop professional skills. You will work on tasks that complement your academic experience while balancing your school commitments.
What you'll do#
- Assist with daily maintenance and operations within your assigned department.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, scheduling, organizing, and answering phones.
- Provide front-line customer service.
- Perform data entry and light research assistance.
- Support office tasks, events, and programs.
- Provide technology support and other general assistance as needed.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Current enrollment as a university student.
- Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.
- Frequent use of a keyboard, sitting, and standing.

- Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, with hours set around your academic coursework.
