About the role#
As an Early Career Intern within the ETF Product team, you will play an active role in driving the growth of our ETF business. You will work alongside the ETF Product Strategy and Research teams to apply analytical skills to real-world challenges. This 9-week program offers cross-functional exposure and the chance to contribute to projects that shape the future of investing. You will participate in orientation, development workshops, and networking events throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Create and update product and market outlook materials through research and analysis.
- Support product development by analyzing the ETF competitive landscape and identifying trends.
- Provide analytical insights to support internal sales inquiries in collaboration with Product Strategists.
- Run internal reports, identify key trends, and summarize findings for senior leadership.
- Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation.
- Assist with U.S. ETF product launches and contribute to ad hoc projects.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program as a Junior graduating by summer 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with programming languages like R, Python, or VBA, experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau), or an understanding of AI applications is a plus.
