About the role#
This is a 9-week, full-time internship based in Atlanta, Georgia, for the Summer 2027 term. You will work within the Corporate Services team, gaining exposure to Global Travel, Meetings and Events, and strategy. The role focuses on transforming data into insights that improve operations and business value.
What you'll do#
- Lead a strategic technology-focused initiative for Corporate Services.
- Produce monthly volume and spend reports for North American events for senior executives.
- Assist with sourcing venues and the planning and execution of employee events.
- Manage Cvent registration sites, including building sites and reporting.
- Support the workflow of catering and conference center events, from gathering needs to on-site support.
- Help with travel reporting, data analysis, and program performance reviews.
- Research industry practices to identify ways to improve operational effectiveness.
- Develop materials and recommendations for leadership presentations.
- Support cross-functional initiatives involving Travel, Meetings and Events, and Corporate Services strategy.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date by summer 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
- A demonstrated interest in accounting.
- Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions, and communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.

- Modality: This is an on-site role. Employees are expected to work from the office at least four days each week.
