About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will join the ETF Product Strategy and Research teams to support the growth of Invesco's ETF business. This role provides cross-functional exposure and the chance to contribute to projects that impact how ETFs are managed and distributed.
What you'll do#
- Research and analyze data to help create and update product and market outlook materials.
- Analyze the ETF competitive landscape to identify trends.
- Provide analytical insights to Product Strategists to assist with internal sales inquiries.
- Run internal reports, identify key trends, and summarize findings for senior leadership.
- Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation.
- Assist with U.S. ETF product launches and updates, along with various ad hoc projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program, with a graduation date by summer 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
- An analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment as a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual.
- Familiarity with programming languages like R, Python, or VBA is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is helpful.
- Understanding of AI applications like chatbots or predictive analytics is a plus.
