About the role#
This internship offers exposure to Corporate Strategy, the Internal Consulting Office, and the Enterprise Transformation Office. You will partner with team leaders and senior stakeholders on work spanning strategy formulation, problem solving, and transformation execution. This role is designed for students who want to understand how a global asset manager sets direction, makes enterprise decisions, and executes change.
What you'll do#
- Support the development and execution of firm-wide strategy by contributing research, analysis, and insights.
- Investigate industry trends, competitive dynamics, market developments, and emerging technologies.
- Help structure and solve complex enterprise challenges through data gathering and analysis.
- Support transformation portfolio management and delivery, including dependency mapping and program planning.
- Develop presentations for senior leaders and assist with business cases and financial models.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising Junior, graduating by summer 2027.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PPT, Word, and Project.
- Majors in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship.
Location & details#
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Work Modality: Hybrid. Employees are expected to work in the office at least four days each week.
- Status: Full-time internship.
