About the role#
This is a paid summer 2026 internship within the People and Culture Local Services team. You will support HR backend operations in the United States, working alongside local specialists to manage daily tasks and project work. You will gain insight into the backend functions of an HR department at a large organization.
What you'll do#
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Perform benefits administration tasks.
- Handle short term and long term disability cases.
- Assist with daily HR backend operations.
What you'll need#
- You are a college graduate.
- You have advanced proficiency in Excel.
- You possess strong organizational abilities.
- You can handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Preferred majors include Human Resources or Business Administration.
