About the role#
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter Intern to join our People team. This role provides hands-on experience across the talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination. It is an opportunity for those looking to launch a career in Human Resources or technical recruiting. This internship is unpaid, with a pathway to a paid position based on a successful performance review.
What you'll do#
- Manage ATS administrative tasks, including interviewer access, candidate records, and pipeline building in JazzHR.
- Review inbound applications against role requirements to build candidate shortlists.
- Track recruitment metrics, update job postings, and prepare weekly reports.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
- Act as a secondary point of contact for candidates to provide updates.
- Assist in sourcing active and passive candidates through various channels.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office tools.
- Comfort learning new digital tools and software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
