About the role#
The SAP iXp Internship is a paid program designed to provide university students with hands-on experience in a global software development environment. As a Sales Development Executive Intern, you will join a team focused on building cloud opportunities for new customers. This role is a full-time, six-month commitment based in Alpharetta, Georgia.
What you'll do#
- Prospect and set meetings for account executives through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Build an incremental cloud pipeline to drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling efforts.
- Qualify leads and manage them through the initial phases of the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with sales, demand management, and marketing teams to execute territory strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting within CRM tools.
- Communicate sales plans and progress to key stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Psychology, Economics, International Relations, or Statistics.
- Experience with cold outreach.
- Strong verbal and written presentation skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as a self-starter and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

- Location: Alpharetta, Georgia.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Term: Rolling start with a six-month duration and potential for extension.
