About the role#
The iXp Intern for Services Demand Management joins our team in Palo Alto for a 6-month term starting in October 2026. This is a paid, part-time internship that requires 30 to 40 hours per week. You will support the Americas Demand Management team in building pipeline through campaigns, events, and sales planning. This role provides an opportunity to understand how SAP Services helps clients manage digital transformation and operational costs.
What you'll do#
- Support demand management processes, including demand planning and execution.
- Assist with campaign build and execution by preparing target lists and drafting internal communications.
- Maintain a SharePoint site to host campaign materials and manage a demand management inbox.
- Monitor campaign progress and track key performance metrics for sales campaigns.
- Analyze existing workflows, propose process improvements, and help implement new tools.
- Manage event registration and attendance for virtual and in-person sessions.
- Support alignment to the sales planning process and drive adoption of the Sales Planning Application.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from an undergraduate or master’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
- Capability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify trends.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and solve challenges within the sales process.
