About the role#
The SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program is a multi-year undergraduate rotational program. It prepares students for long-term success at SAP or within our ecosystem of partners and customers. You will rotate between multiple lines of business, including Product and Engineering, Customer Services and Delivery, and Customer Success. This program provides a broad overview of SAP products, processes, and technologies while you build business acumen and technical skills.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through various board areas to gain hands-on experience.
- Complete formal training on SAP’s core technology stack and soft skills.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues and expert mentors on projects.
- Build professional relationships with leaders and peers across teams.
- Contribute to meaningful projects that support innovation.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with a major in MIS, Business, or a related field.
- At least two full years of school remaining before graduation.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work 10-20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during summer breaks.
- Ability to apply for OPT or Pre-OPT if you require work authorization.
- Proactive, curious, and collaborative mindset.
Location & details#
- Location: Newtown Square, Pennsylvania.
- Modality: Hybrid, with three days per week in the office.
- Terms: Winter 2027 and Summer 2027.
- Status: Paid, full-time equivalent during summer rotations.
