About the role#
Invesco is hiring for a Summer 2027 internship within our Real Estate division. This full-time, paid position is based in our Dallas office. You will be assigned to either the Credit or Equity team, gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate investment. You will work alongside professionals to learn about our business lines and asset classes.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to all Invesco Real Estate business lines and multiple asset classes.
- Participate in internal and external client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence meetings.
- Assist with preparing and updating property and portfolio level financial models in Excel and Argus for existing and prospective investments.
- Support the preparation of written analysis and evaluations of investment opportunities.
- Complete real-world case studies and lead an end-of-summer capstone project.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising Junior, graduating by the summer of 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- All majors are welcome, with an emphasis on Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Ability to work on-site in the Invesco Dallas office.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. We do not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
