About the role#
Invesco is seeking an Early Career Intern for the Procurement team. This internship takes place during the summer of 2027 and provides exposure to buying, sourcing, supplier management, and third-party risk. You will work alongside professionals to contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency and support business operations.
What you'll do#
- Support procurement activity across categories, including business requirements, supplier information, pricing, and documentation.
- Analyze spend, supplier, market, and contract data to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas.
- Support supplier onboarding, governance, and third-party risk activities.
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, reports, and management information covering demand, savings, performance, and operational progress.
- Partner with teams such as Legal, Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Facilities to progress procurement requests.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a graduation date by summer 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or Operations Management.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, business documents, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Interest in procurement, supplier management, commercial operations, analytics, governance, or process improvement.
