About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Co-Op position based in Whippany, New Jersey. You will join cross-functional teams to solve operational supply chain issues and help drive process improvements. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with digital transformation and data-driven decision making within a large-scale chemical manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Contribute to cross-functional teams to resolve operational supply chain challenges.
- Analyze diverse data inputs to identify and execute process improvements.
- Support the forecasting process for specific item SKUs to better understand supply chain complexity.
- Assist in the deployment of digital tools, including Robotic Process Automation, to digitize operations.
- Extract and analyze data sets to provide insights for end-to-end supply chain optimization.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to meet project objectives.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Completion of at least one year of a Bachelors degree program.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or AWS Snowflake/ODBC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel Pivot Tables.
- Strong communication skills to support collaboration across project teams and global organizations.
