About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer of 2027. You will join the Invesco Real Estate team in New York to gain hands-on experience in either the Credit or Equity business lines. The program runs for nine weeks starting in June 2027. You will work alongside professionals on active deals, participate in client meetings, and manage an end-of-summer capstone project.
What you'll do#
- Gain exposure to multiple asset classes and business lines within Invesco Real Estate.
- Work on active transactions and deals.
- Prepare and update property and portfolio financial models using Excel or Argus.
- Participate in client meetings, contract negotiations, and due diligence sessions.
- Support the team by conducting written analysis and evaluations of investment opportunities.
- Complete real-world case studies and lead a final capstone project.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising Junior, graduating by the summer of 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Please note that sponsorship is not provided for this program.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or Business Administration.

- Compensation: $40 per hour.
