About the role#
Invesco is hiring an Early Career Intern for the Fundamental Equities team. This is a 9-week, full-time summer program starting in June 2027. You will gain hands-on experience, receive one-on-one mentorship, and work alongside investment teams in our New York office. This position is paid at $40/hr.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on tasks and initiatives.
- Attend team meetings and present findings to management.
- Conduct valuation of target companies using methodologies such as comparable company analysis and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Research industry trends, financial statements, and market data.
- Participate in training sessions and networking opportunities to develop technical and professional skills.
- Prepare presentations and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising Junior, graduating by summer 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Familiarity with Excel and financial statement analysis.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.
- Majors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics are preferred, though all majors are welcome.
