About the role#
The Fundamental Equities COO Office acts as the operating team for Invesco Fundamental Equities. We manage the infrastructure that keeps the platform running, including people, technology, data, and strategy. We serve as the connection between investment teams, CIOs, and the broader firm. This 9-week internship offers hands-on experience and mentorship within a global investment firm.
What you'll do#
- Identify solutions to operational problems and support follow-up actions.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to inform IFE strategy.
- Support workstreams related to people and talent matters.
- Assemble platform scorecards and track key initiatives.
- Use technology and AI tools, including Copilot and agentic tooling, to test new opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising Junior, graduating by summer 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- Demonstrated interest in investments.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not provide employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
- All majors are welcome, with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, and Business Administration.
