About the role#
This 9-week Summer 2027 internship offers students hands-on experience within a global investment firm. Participants will work alongside cross-functional teams, receive mentorship, and engage in professional development workshops. Successful completion of the program may lead to eligibility for a full-time offer in the Early Career Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned tasks and initiatives.
- Attend team meetings, complete projects within established timelines, and present findings to management.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Seek feedback and guidance from mentors to support professional growth.
- Participate in training sessions and networking opportunities to develop technical skills.
- Utilize AI platforms and resources to streamline manual processes, enhance analysis, and support team execution.
- Share best practices to help teams incorporate AI tools into their workflows.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising Junior, graduating by summer 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- A demonstrated interest in investments.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis (no sponsorship provided).
- Preferred fields of study include Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business-related fields.
- Preferred experience includes analytical thinking, data interpretation, and proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, Bloomberg Terminal, R Studio, Excel, or Generative AI tools.

- Modality: On-site (minimum of four days per week in the office).
