About the role#
The LA Clippers are hiring a Legal Intern to support our in-house legal team. You will assist with business and legal affairs for the LA Clippers, Intuit Dome, and Kia Forum. This is a part-time role based in Inglewood, California, running from September 2026 through December 2026. You must be available for at least 15 hours per week and reside in the greater Los Angeles area.
What you'll do#
- Assist the legal department with day-to-day business and legal activities.
- Review, draft, and redline agreements under supervision.
- Manage and track the contract retention system.
- Perform research on legal issues including copyright, data privacy, employment law, and local regulations.
- Review video and social media content for proper licensing and copyright compliance.
- Help with general business and legal projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Must be a 3L student pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree at an accredited law school.
- Must be in good standing at your institution.
- Completion of a Contracts course is required.
- Coursework in Copyright and Data Privacy is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Location: Inglewood, California (on-site).
- Term: Fall 2026 (September through December).
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
- This is a non-exempt, part-time position.
