About the role#
The Premium Services intern supports the Guest Services team in creating fan experiences for the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, and Valley Suns. This role involves direct interaction with guests and leadership to ensure event operations run smoothly. This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Assist the Premium Leadership Team with event setups and daily tasks.
- Manage VIP escorts and event preparations.
- Track inventory for the One Fan At A Time program.
- Support guest feedback tracking and Formstack submissions.
- Help team members with administrative needs including uniforms, ID badges, parking, and scheduling.
- Assist with training classes and internal communication materials for the Premium Services team.
What you'll need#
- Current junior or senior student, or a recent graduate within one year of completion.
- Customer service or hospitality experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and events as the schedule requires.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Majors in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or Marketing are preferred.
