About the role#
The Phoenix Suns are seeking a Digital Engagement Intern to assist the Lifecycle and Digital Engagement team. This role focuses on elevating the digital experience for fans and event-goers through campaign planning, content management, and performance analysis. This is a paid, full-time internship based on a rolling term.
What you'll do#
- Support the planning and activation of digital campaigns for brand, ticket sales, and partner initiatives.
- Publish and manage content across websites and mobile apps, including ticketing messaging, partnership promotions, and news articles.
- Curate game highlights, including video clips, media availability, and photo galleries for websites and streaming platforms.
- Build and deploy marketing emails for live events, such as event surveys and ticketing communications.
- Compile regular content performance and trend reports to analyze metrics.
- Maintain an active database of digital assets.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment within one year of earning a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field at a Phoenix-area university, or recent graduation.
- Proficiency with HTML/CSS and WordPress CMS.
- Experience with email automation platforms.
- Skills in copywriting and Adobe Creative Cloud are preferred.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends based on the game schedule.
- Strong collaborative skills and a desire to learn new technologies.
