About the role#
This 9-week internship program begins in June 2027. You will work alongside a group of students to gain hands-on experience at a global investment firm. The program includes mentorship, networking events, and development workshops. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a full-time offer for our Early Career Program after graduation.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned tasks and projects.
- Prepare presentations, summaries, and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Research industry trends, financial statements, and market data.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key Capital Markets metrics.
- Learn how funds trade in primary and secondary markets, including both active and exchange-traded fund ecosystems.
- Analyze market structure and trading dynamics such as liquidity, spreads, and pricing efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to understand macro investment processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising Junior, graduating by summer 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- A demonstrated interest in investments.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business-related fields.
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel and familiarity with tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, or Bloomberg Terminal is helpful.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear insights.
Location & details#
- Location: Atlanta, Georgia.
- Work Modality: On-site. Employees are expected to work from the office at least four days each week.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Compensation: $40 per hour.
