About the role#
The Fundamental Equities COO Office acts as the operating and enabling team for Invesco Fundamental Equities, which manages $310bn in assets. This team functions as the connective tissue between investment teams, CIOs, and the broader firm. You will support operations across six core areas including people and talent, technology, data, trading, product commercialization, and strategy. This is a paid, 9-week summer internship program starting in June 2027.
What you'll do#
- Identify solutions to operational problems and support the follow-up meetings required to implement them.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis to support the IFE strategy.
- Support workstreams related to people and talent matters on the platform.
- Assist in assembling the platform scorecard and tracking key initiatives.
- Help prepare management and board materials.
- Engage with technology and AI tools to identify and test new opportunities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program as a rising Junior, graduating by summer 2028.
- A minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
- A demonstrated interest in investments.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. Please note that we do not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program.
- Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a business-related field.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Atlanta, Georgia.
- The pay rate for this position is $40 per hour.
- Employees are expected to work from the office at least four days each week.
