About the role#
The Corporate Finance Analyst program is a full-time position designed for individuals who completed a 2026 internship with Truist. This role supports the Corporate Finance Group in originating and structuring bank debt for commercial and corporate clients. You will work on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing, and other capital structure transactions. The program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom training covering capital markets, accounting, and financial modeling before you join your team.
What you'll do#
- Support senior teammates with new business development and transaction execution.
- Conduct due diligence and process documentation for client transactions.
- Perform financial modeling and statistical analysis.
- Develop presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build professional relationships with key stakeholders across the bank.
What you'll need#
- A completed BA or BS degree with a graduation date of December 2026 or May/June 2027.
- A strong interest in finance and investment banking.
- Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
- A high degree of academic and extracurricular achievement.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- You must have completed a 2026 internship with Truist to be eligible for this role.
- Ability to attain FINRA licenses (SIE, 79, and 63) within 120 days of your start date.
