The Corporate Finance Analyst plays an integral role in supporting senior teammates in new business development, due diligence, and/or transaction execution, while building relationships among key stakeholders within the bank. Responsibilities involving, but not limited to due diligence, document processing, financial modeling, statistical analysis, research, and presentation development.Truist’s Corporate Finance Analyst Program begins with up to seven weeks of classroom instruction that consists of an introduction to capital markets, products and services, accounting, corporate finance, systems and financial modeling training designed to give Analysts all the tools they will need to be successful. After the classroom training, Analysts join the Corporate Finance team to play a meaningful role in supporting senior banking professionals. Corporate Finance Analysts will sharpen financial analysis skills, develop an understanding of TCCB and clients, and gain experience the corporate finance playbook and products through on-the-job training. Within the group Analysts play a meaningful role in supporting internal and external clients. The Corporate Finance Analyst position is typically a two-year position.
