About the role#
This is a pipeline requisition for summer internship opportunities for participants of the Thurgood Marshall Fund Leadership Institute Conference. The program provides students with a working and immersion experience to sharpen their professional skills. You will work on projects alongside full-time teammates and other interns while building your leadership, technical, and business capabilities. This internship serves as a pipeline for future full-time roles at the firm.
What you'll do#
- Learn about banking, financial services, and the various divisions within the organization.
- Gain analytical, technical, and decision-making skills through formal and informal learning opportunities.
- Complete special projects or assignments that assist your assigned department.
- Network with senior leaders, experienced teammates, and other interns.
- Receive regular performance feedback.
What you'll need#
- Participation in the TMCF Leadership Institute conference.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or other advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2029.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
- Submission of a TMCF branded resume.
