About the role#
The Technology, Data, and Operations Internship is a summer program for students to build a foundation in the financial services industry. You will work within Enterprise Technology and Operations, gaining exposure to software development, cybersecurity, AI, and data teams. This role is open exclusively to 2026 Truist interns.
What you'll do#
- Build business acumen and leadership skills through development activities.
- Complete projects and assignments that support departmental goals.
- Collaborate and network with teammates, peers, and senior leaders.
- Solve day to day tasks and contribute to ongoing work.
- Receive regular performance coaching and written feedback.
What you'll need#
- Must be a 2026 Truist intern.
- Working toward a BA, BS, or advanced degree in fields such as Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Graphic Design, Human Resources, or Architecture.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance.
- Proven leadership through work experience or on-campus involvement.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong initiative, analytical ability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a team environment.

- Locations: Charlotte, North Carolina, or Atlanta, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Employment: Full-time, paid temporary position.
