About the role#
The Marketing Operations internship within U.S. Consumer Services offers an opportunity to support the delivery of essential benefits and services for American Express Card Members. This role focuses on the operational side of marketing, ensuring that campaigns are executed effectively across various portfolios including travel, dining, and retail.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design, develop, and implement marketing campaigns.
- Support daily operations for the launch and delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between Marketing, Product, and Technology teams.
- Translate business requirements for technology partners and explain platform capabilities to marketing stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities to streamline marketing processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong strategic mindset with a focus on the customer and the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
