About the role#
This internship program is part of the US Consumer Services division, which focuses on delivering membership benefits and services across travel, dining, entertainment, and retail portfolios. You will work within the Marketing Operations team to support campaign delivery and process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to design and implement marketing campaigns.
- Support daily operations for campaign launches and delivery processes.
- Act as a liaison between departments, translating business requirements for technology partners and explaining platform capabilities to marketing teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and execute opportunities to streamline marketing processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related business field.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Strong strategic mindset with a focus on the customer and the ability to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across different functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
