About the role#
This internship provides an immersion experience for students to develop their professional skills within the financial services industry. Participants work alongside experienced teammates on projects, attend enrichment events, and interact with senior leadership. This program serves as a pipeline for future full-time opportunities at the company.
What you'll do#
- Build business acumen and leadership skills through development activities.
- Develop knowledge of specific business units.
- Collaborate with teammates to complete projects and support department goals.
- Network with peers, associates, and senior executives.
- Participate in enrichment activities and receive performance coaching.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a BA, BS, or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
- Participation in the Out 4 Undergrad (O4U) Engineering and Sciences conference.
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership through work or campus involvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred majors include Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Graphic Design, Human Resources, and Business Administration.

- Locations: Charlotte, North Carolina or Atlanta, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time, temporary, and paid.
