About the role#
The 2027 Truist Analyst Program for the Technology, Data, and Operations (TD&O) track is a structured, rotational program for former Truist interns. You will spend the year rotating through different areas of the bank, gaining exposure to senior leadership and participating in a custom curriculum. This program focuses on building skills in areas like data analysis, project management, strategy, and technology delivery. Upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to secure placement based on business needs, your performance, and your preferences.
What you'll do#
- Complete all prescribed training and any additional manager-recommended coursework.
- Participate in business rotations to work on projects and daily business activities.
- Apply concepts learned in training to real-world business scenarios.
- Perform special projects and assignments outside of the core training program.
- Work on innovative initiatives across the line of business, including software delivery, AI engineering, infrastructure, security, cloud, and cybersecurity.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date between May 2026 and June 2027.
- A 3.0+ GPA is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership through work experience, community involvement, or on-campus activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, personal accountability, and initiative.
- Enthusiasm for a career in financial services.
- Must have been a 2026 Truist intern to be eligible for this position.
- Ability to relocate for the program and a willingness to travel.

- This role is based on-site in Charlotte, North Carolina, or Atlanta, Georgia.
- This position is open to 2026 Truist interns only.
- Truist does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this role.
