About the role#
The Truist Securities Summer Analyst Program in Energy Investment Banking is a 10-week internship based in Houston, Texas. This program provides exposure to various investment banking disciplines, including corporate finance and product training. You will work alongside senior-level management on active deals and participate in networking events, case studies, and community service projects. Successful interns may receive an offer for a full-time position upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Conduct financial and market analysis for new business development and transaction execution.
- Build and maintain financial models.
- Create client presentations.
- Perform peer comparison analysis.
- Support internal and external client needs.
What you'll need#
- Scheduled graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail.
- Effective written and oral communication abilities.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
