About the role#
This is a 6-month, full-time internship based in Stamford, Connecticut. We are looking for someone to help with office operations and recruiting support. This position pays $18 per hour and offers a direct path to a permanent, full-time role for successful interns. You will be eligible for company benefits after 30 days.
What you'll do#
- Prepare workstations, technology, and welcome materials for new team members.
- Handle daily office logistics, such as mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Keep track of office supply inventory and process orders.
- Set up, coordinate, and break down company meetings and events.
- Provide administrative support to the Director of HR and the sales team on various projects.
What you'll need#
- Adaptability to handle a wide range of tasks.
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- Attention to detail when managing multiple priorities.
- Enrollment or background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or Operations Management.
