About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain analytics. You will work on real projects that shape how we operate, contributing to data-driven decision making and process improvements within our routing operations.
What you'll do#
- Analyze volume fluctuations to support proactive planning.
- Identify density variations and provide actionable insights.
- Assess areas suitable for efficient service using electric vehicles.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Extract and analyze Snowflake data using SQL.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect and harmonize data.
- Automate daily reports and improve analytical processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
- Communicate regularly with pan-Canadian stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, statistics, business analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI and ArcGIS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
