About the role#
As an HR Data Analysis Intern at Intelcom | Dragonfly, you will contribute to projects that shape our operations. You will gain hands-on experience by working with data to support our logistics and human resources teams. This role involves regular communication with stakeholders across Canada.
What you'll do#
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Set up KPI-based alerts to identify high-risk areas and departments.
- Run scenarios to generate predictive reports and projections.
- Extract and analyze data from Snowflake using SQL.
- Collect and harmonize data by collaborating with different teams.
- Automate daily reports and optimize existing analytical processes.
- Present your findings and recommendations to management.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, AI, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, R, and Streamlit is considered an asset.
