About the role#
This is a rotational internship where you will work on projects across various Human Resources teams. You will gain exposure to Employee Relations, Compliance, Recruiting, Compensation, Performance Management, and Payroll Administration. You will complete assignments relevant to current business needs while working alongside experienced teams.
What you'll do#
- Complete work assignments by applying your knowledge to meet deadlines and follow company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to solve business problems and support department objectives.
- Communicate project progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with liability management, including policy development and performance measurement reviews.
- Support the implementation of programs that enhance productivity, such as drafting job descriptions and handbooks.
- Manage HR and Payroll interrelationships, including leaves of absence and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee benefits tasks like open enrollment and troubleshooting.
- Process payroll, including reviewing data for accuracy and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Develop and analyze compensation programs.
- Attend events to connect with other interns and associates and provide feedback on the program.
What you'll need#
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- A GPA of 3.25 or higher is preferred.
- Effective problem solving and decision making skills.
- Basic presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and experience with customer relationship management software.
- An ability to learn new application programs as needed.

- This is an on-site, full-time position.
