About the role#
As a Rotational Data Analytics Intern, you will engage in various work assignments and projects designed to build professional skills. You will receive training and mentorship while working on tasks relevant to current business needs. This role involves rotating through different areas to gain a broad understanding of data analytics within the company.
What you'll do#
- Complete work assignments by applying subject knowledge to meet deadlines and following established procedures.
- Collaborate across departments to solve business problems and support project priorities.
- Consult with stakeholders in areas like Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify key priorities.
- Design and execute research to address enterprise insight needs.
- Develop reports and executive briefs to share data findings and implications.
- Support teams with data collection and analysis.
- Attend events to connect with other interns and associates across the company.
- Identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback on the internship program.
What you'll need#
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Actively pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Data Science.
- A GPA of 3.25 or higher is preferred.
- Proven skills in quantitative and qualitative research and data analysis.
- Ability to explain data findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Working knowledge of database programs, data manipulation, and report development.
- Functional understanding of data analysis concepts for unstructured data.
- Project management experience and strong critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer relationship management software.
- Ability to learn new application programs as needed.
