About the role#
This internship provides experience in Management Consulting, predictive analytics, and organizational development. You will join the Talent Management team to support projects that impact global organizations. This is a part-time, remote position lasting approximately 14 to 16 weeks.
What you'll do#
- Engage in strategic cross-functional activities.
- Conduct organizational assessments and HR trend analysis.
- Perform HR metric analytics and HRIS management.
- Participate in client-facing projects to build leadership skills.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Master’s candidate in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- One direct experience in an HR, Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or data analytics role.
- Proficiency in at least three of the following: Advanced Excel, one year of applied statistics, one year of data analytics, one year of machine learning, or one year of data visualization.
- Strong time management skills and a self-directive, team-oriented approach.
- A track record of projects that demonstrate attention to detail.
Location & details#
- This role is remote for candidates within EST +/- 3 hours.
- The position is part-time, requiring 24 to 32 hours per week over 3 to 4 days.
- This is a paid, stipend-based internship for the Fall 2026 term.
