    About the role#

    Retensa is seeking an AI Product Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role supports our technology team in the design, architecture, and deployment of AI software and web applications. You will gain hands-on experience by working with cross-functional teams to help improve our software solutions.

    What you'll do#

    • Support Product Specialists with research and development and feature requirement gathering.
    • Conduct market research and analyze competitive products.
    • Provide testing support in both staging and production environments.
    • Engage with software users by providing customer support.
    • Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure shipped products meet expectations.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment as a Senior or Graduate student in CS, CIS, Web Tech, IT, or MIS.
    • A minimum 3.0 GPA.
    • Prior experience with web technologies.
    • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • You must have experience in at least three of the following: AI Assisted Development, Web App development, Application Testing/QA, Amazon Cloud (AWS), Agile PM (JIRA), SaaS Product Support, Interactive Voice Agents, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
    • Automation testing experience is preferred.

    Location & details#

    • This internship is fully remote.
    • The term is for Fall 2026.
    • This is a part-time position requiring 24-32 hours per week.
    • This position is paid via a stipend of $500-$1000 upon completion of the internship.
