About the role#
As a Communications & Brand Strategy Intern, you will work on projects that shape how the company communicates its voice and reputation. You will gain exposure to how brand, social media, and stakeholder engagement work together to advance the business. The internship includes mentorship, networking, and leadership exposure alongside your daily project work.
What you'll do#
- Support media relations, executive communications, or thought leadership efforts.
- Develop strategies for social media, community engagement, or influencer outreach.
- Build communications plans for specific market events, product launches, or executive priorities.
- Conduct research on audiences, analysts, competitors, and the market to inform messaging.
- Create briefs, storytelling materials, and messaging content.
- Assist with internal communications to help employees understand strategy and company impact.
What you'll need#
- You are currently enrolled in an accredited university and are a rising senior for the 2027-2028 school year.
- You have basic knowledge of communications, public relations, brand strategy, journalism, or marketing.
- You possess strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- You can turn research into actionable insights.
- You are fluent in English and have strong verbal communication skills.
- You have a writing sample or portfolio of work to share.
- You have a strategic, data-driven mindset and an interest in technology or business.
Location & details#
- Location: Austin, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 24, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Modality: Hybrid (at least three days per week in the office).
- Employment: Full-time internship.
