About the role#
As a Branch Coordinator, you will support client service and operations within our financial services team. This full-time, paid position offers students the chance to gain practical experience in administration and process improvement. You will work in a hybrid environment while contributing to projects that help our clients plan for their future.
What you'll do#
- Process and organize confidential client documentation for account updates and redemptions while maintaining accuracy.
- Communicate with clients and team members via telephone, email, and collaboration platforms.
- Support advisors and associates on various projects using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain client databases and generate Assets Under Administration reports in Microsoft Excel.
- Resolve complex situations by using sound judgment and following escalation channels.
- Contribute to operational efficiency by using macros and Robotic Process Automation tools.
- Maintain knowledge of financial products like RRSPs, TFSAs, mutual funds, and GICs.
- Document processes and support the onboarding of new team members.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in both English and French to support clients and partners across Canada.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and collaborative work environments.
- Interest in developing a career in the financial services industry.

- Compensation: $23.50 to $28.75 CAD per hour, depending on years of study and position status.
